Failure to comply with any of the following rules by the user will result in the deletion of the account.

All users personal information will be kept confidential by Angabin Teb.
It is your responsibility to protect your user information. Any damage or injury resulting from your lack of protection of your account details is your responsibility and Angabin Teb will not take any responsibility.
The user is fully responsible for the accuracy of all information entered in the citizen and physician account (including first and last name and other personal and professional information). If you see any discrepancies between the information entered and the actual user information, your account will be deleted.
If you have blocked the possibility of receiving promotional SMS on your mobile line, you will not receive Angabin Teb SMS after registration or taking turns. You must enable this option to receive SMS or contact Angabin Teb Support.

The visit fee stated on the website is in accordance with the tariff of the Medical System Organization and is determined by the members of the site.
The amount of 3000 Tomans will be received from the users online and through the banking portal at the time of taking turns. This is the fee for the website and patients must pay the full doctors appointment at the office.
The patient must be present at the doctors office ten minutes before the scheduled time in order to present his / her ID card and tracking code to the office secretary.
The expectation of patients in the doctors office or clinic varies depending on the work process of the doctor or clinic in question and Angbin Teb is not responsible in this regard.

It is possible to cancel patients appointments according to the following conditions and rules:

Before 24 hours before the appointment: In this case, the total amount paid by the user will be credited to future accounts for future use. This credit can be used to make appointments with all physicians who are members of Angabin Teb and for any family member or user acquaintance.
After 24 hours left to the appointment: in this case, 3000 Tomans will be deducted as a penalty for canceling the appointment.
